Housing Supply Association (HSA) respects the privacy of its members. The personal information the Association collects is used for the purpose of delivering its key objectives. The names of HSA’s Members, and the optional details they provide in their application to their online profiles, are accessible by other registered Members, HSA staff and relevant contractors in the members-only component of the Housing Supply Association website for which each individual has his/her own access code. The Housing Supply Association also operates email broadcast networks which are only accessible to those who subscribe.

The personal information the Housing Supply Association collects, and holds on its database in the HSA Office, may include name, address, telephone number, email address, and any further information provided by the Member organisation during the application process, at events or via development surveys. No credit card details are retained by the HSA. Occasionally, on approval, the Housing Supply Association may provide contact details to a third party, for example to a Government Department or businesses or media who wish to contact members to seek input on a range of issues, or to members wishing to contact their peers amongst the HSA membership.

Housing Supply Association does not disclose any personal information for any other purpose without consent, except where the use or disclosure is required or authorised by or under law. HSA will make its best attempt to protect any personal information it holds from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. The Housing Supply Association does not sell, in whole or part, the personal information it collects and does not disclose it to other organisations, except as provided above.
